Callen-Lorde Community Health Center provides sensitive, quality health care and related services targeted to New York’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities — in all their diversity — regardless of ability to pay. To further this mission, Callen-Lorde promotes health education and wellness, and advocates for LGBTQ health issues.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is part of the Department of Health and Human Services and is recognized as the nation’s premiere health promotion, prevention, and preparedness agency.

GenderGP is an online health and wellness clinic which serves transgender people and those who support them. The organization works to promote excellence in transhealthcare, campaigning for improved access and understanding, in line with international best practice. 

Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) programs provide equitable health care to people who are geographically isolated and economically or medically vulnerable.

The Johns Hopkins Center for Transgender Health offers comprehensive, evidence-based and affirming care for transgender youth and adults.
