Raw Secondary Data

If you are a CBE student, you are required to use raw secondary data. The term "raw" is crucial here. It implies the data is in its original, unprocessed, or minimally processed form, allowing you maximum flexibility in conducting your own analysis, rather than relying on someone else's aggregated findings or interpretations. This distinguishes it from secondary summaries or analyses (like data included in a research report or a literature review), which provide statistical insights but not the underlying data files. Raw data is NOT the data that you see integrated as percentages or presented in graphs, charts, pictures, diagrams, etc. in an article, report or webpage.
