Social Media Use and Well-Being

For many of us, the likes of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and SnapChat are an integral part of our lives. We add our own posts and swipe through others regularly throughout the day.  As we do, we encounter information meant to grab our attention, and we create content to do the same. While social media allows us to stay in touch with the world and communicate easily with others, it comes with some negatives, which can affect our well-being.
