Study Tip:
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that can help you stay focused and avoid burnout. Here's how it works:
Set a timer for 25 minutes. This is your "pomodoro" interval.
Work on your task without distractions.
Take a 5-minute break.
Repeat steps 1-3. After four pomodoros, take a longer break (usually 15-30 minutes). This method helps you break down tasks into manageable chunks and gives your brain a chance to rest.
