Did You Know?
Choose your Library Orientation
Interested in learning more about all the services and resources the South College Library provides to support your education?  The library provides a variety of orientation modules that will walk you through everything you need to know to get started with the library.  You can choose the Orientation for your city to learn about your campus location or online or you can choose the module specific to your program.  You can also book an appointment with one of your program’s librarians for a one-on-one orientation, in person or via Zoom.

Getting Help with Your Citations & References
Chances are your instructors have asked you to use a citation style like APA or AMA when writing a paper or even citing references in a PowerPoint.  Need help?  The library has guides for both APA Style and AMA Style, as well as librarians ready to help you review and edit your in-text citations and reference lists. Just use the Ask a Librarian library chat or send us an email to get started.

Resource Highlight: 5MinuteConsult
Have you checked out 5MinuteConsult yet?  This online resource is designed to help providers and students with point-of-care decision making.  Topics are outlined in bullet points with links to associated drugs and patient handouts. Other resources include physical therapy exercise videos, procedural videos, and lab tests.
