It provides comprehensive reviews of new drugs, updates on existing medications, and alerts to important safety issues. With a focus on evidence-based medicine, The Medical Letter helps clinicians make informed decisions about patient care. To help you get started with The Medical Letter, there’s a brief Getting Started Guide that offers valuable tips on how to best utilize The Medical Letter's resources. 

 

Fun Fact: 

You can link a Google Scholar search to the South College Library databases. Follow these simple steps: 

  1. Go to scholar.google.com 

  1. Click on the three horizontal lines located in the top left corner 

  1. Go down to Settings  

  1. Click on “Library links” 

  1. Type South College into the search bar 

  1. Check off “South College – South College Full Text” 

  1. Hit save
