Library ChatBot
In March, the Library launched Chatbot as part of its chat reference service. Chatbot is an interactive flowchart that provides answers to the library’s most asked questions. It presents patrons with a menu of topics and uses a combination of information pulled from the South College Library website, pre-set messages, and our FAQs to answer patron questions. If the Chatbot responses don’t fit your needs, you’ll be sent to a live chat operator for assistance. Have a library question? Give Chatbot a Try!
Gale Research Complete
